    Up for bid is a clean and crisp First Day Cover in excellent condition.  The back flap is OPEN!  I have the 1990 edition of the Mooney Catalog of 7/1/71 covers.  He gives this town a rating of R which means a maximum of 10 covers available.
    I do not ship to Russia.  Too many items have gone "missing" in the Russian postal system.
