Aviation Corporation of the Americas 1931 Stock/Warrant Certificate - Airline

Description

This is an early stock warrant certificate from the 'Aviation Corporation of the Americas.'  It has the printed signature of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney as president.  It was issued in 1931 and is in generally clean condition with two bits of wear at the left edge.  The company became Pan American Airways corporation later that same year.
