External Ignition Coil for Yamaha 1700 Road Star / Road Star S / Road Star Silverado / Road Star Silverado S 2008-2014
Please note :
There are two different external ignition coil used for the 2008-2014 Road star models. The main difference between the two are the length of the wires and the primary resistance. Please look at our specifications section for the complete specification of this part. This part has a a primary resistance of 2.8 ohms, if your part has a primary resistance of 4.3 ohms please look for RMS060-106010.

Remove spark plug caps from your OEM external ignition coil. Screw caps on the new external ignition coil.
