We will gladly accept returns on any unaltered items or anything that indicates a manufacture defect.  Any requested custom work, such as asking us to create a whole new pattern for you (need it shorter, wider, we can do that!) but ... once we do, the accurate measuring and your new CUSTOM item belong solely to you.  Please understand, we are proud of what we do, but cannot turn it into something else, should you change your mind, or get it wrong.
