Nice used Keithley 2400 SMU SourceMeter
GPIB and RS232, Trigger Link
serial 1232494,  firmware C30
Overall in very good condition.
Screen has a few small scuffs as shown in the pictures.  Missing the rubber inserts on the rear feet.
Display is bright, all buttons and functions work.
Front and rear IO tested and working great.
Includes a new set of test leads and new power cord.
Real nice unit.
