It's obviously a parody on the Bob Dylan album.
This shirt was made available online only (as far as I know) as a limited edition run.
I've only worn this shirt a handful of times and decided to retire it.
This item definitely falls under the "MELVINS COLLECTOR" category and is very rare.
Measurements:
21" from armpit to armpit and 29" (tag reads L) from top to bottom (measuring from the back/neck).
