Snow pants, insulated, Men's, Arctic Quest

Arctic Quest ski/snow/snowboard insulated pants, men's small (no waist size on pants). I bought these a few years ago but they were just a tad too small. I thought I would lose an inch or so and they would fit fine. But it's apparent that ain't gonna happen so it's time for them to go.
I usually wear a men's size 31 - 32 pants, these would fit someone an inch or 2 smaller, like maybe 28-30 inch waist. total length is 40", inseam is 27". All polyester materials.
It has 2 zippered side pockets, and 2 velcro leg pockets, with zippered footing to accommodate bigger boots.
