    Signed in Person, 100% Authentic. This very rare Tony Conigliaro Signed  1968 Spring Training program comes with a BSC Letter Of Authenticity. The rare thing is that this is one of the few items TC signed as a pitcher. He started three games in Spring training this program is from March 16 vs the Washington Senators. although TC is listed as a outfielder he was trying out for the team as  a pitcher. Because of the beaning in 1967 Tony was only able to play three games in 1968 in Springtraining . he missed the 1968 Season because of his eye injury. othe autographs in this program include: Sparkey Lyle, Dan Osinski, The Hawk Ken harrelson, Jose Tartabull, Frank Howard, Camilio Pasqual...  Tony C Signed this photo using a Black Ink Pen.     Tony Conigliaro Boston Red Sox 1963-75. Local Boston sports hero born in East Boston, moved to Revere, Lynn, Nahant. In 1963 batted 363 and hit 24 HRs for Wellsville. Tony broke into starting lineup of the Red Sox at 19 years old, hit home run his first pitch at Fenway Park Opening Day 1964 in front of the Robert Kennedy, Ted Kennedy and family with funds going to the JFK Library. Youngest A.L. player to hit 100 home runs, youngest A.L. player to led the league in home runs doing in in his second season 1965.Most life time HR by a teenager. Hit by a pitch in 1967 that ruined his career, leading to his early death. Great heart and soul as attempted many comebacks in 1968, 1969, 1975 and in Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame. First Red Sox to hit a HR for 1975 Red Sox. One of first sports star to cross over into a recording career with popular songs Little Red Scooter 1964 and Poetry in 1975.
