This dual slide 3D viewer comes with a 5 slide, color photo story. Called the “Pano Rama”, it is unsold merchandise left over from a Ma & Pa Dime Store. It has two magnifying lenses. Similar to the 1950’s “View Master”.
The story line has 5 color, Western Scenes with horses and worded text balloons that tell the story. The top, die cut, scalloped display tag has colorful 6 color graphics of a child viewing through the lenses. The dual slides create a three-dimensional visual effect.
These toys were very popular in the 1950’s, 60’s & 70’s. The light gathering screens on the back have slight age patina warpage, but does not affect the view. The colors of the plastic viewer vary. Pink, Blue, Yellow, Red & Green.
