Vintage Cloud 9 Magazine - 1967 - Vol.4,  No.1 - Parliament Publication
Very good condition.  I'd rate this example as excellent but for one issue - some heavy-handed dope used the inside cover as a writing pad.  There's no writing on the magazine, but you can see the impression of the writing on the cover if you tilt the magazine in the light.
Anyway, the interior is great.  This magazine focuses on African-American models in nylons.
