Miss Washington DC puts her shapely "Motion Before The House" on this risque water decal. She's wearing a very revealing dress, and performing a cute curtsey!
Produced in the1940's, it's part of a set of Miss America decals that were popular at that time, but are very rare today.
This very hard-to-find decal measures 4" tall by 2 5/8" wide and is in excellent condition with bright,
vibrant colors and just slight curving of the background card along with a small ink stain
to mar its
perfection
.
