Produced in the 1940s, this risque water decal is part of a set of Miss America decals that were popular at that time, but are very rare today.
This hard-to-find decal measures 2 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall and is in excellent condition with minor creasing and slight curling due to storage.
